- The company, which has partnered with ACORNCO INDUSTRY CO., LTD, has been in business for the past 20 years and is a manufacturer and exporter from Taiwan that specializes in the production of various window decorations such as curtain rods & accessories.
2. WHY ARE THE PRICES NOT POSTED?
- The cost of raw materials are not constant. Prices change bi-weekly or monthly which is why it is better for customers to inquire so they will receive the updated quote.
3. HOW TO ORDER?
- Go to the CONTACT page and customers can either fill out the Contact Form or send the company an email. Sales representatives will send a reply as soon as possible.
4. ARE CUSTOMIZED ORDERS AVAILABLE?
- Yes, this is possible depending on the design and the quantity of the order.
5. WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER?
- Minimum order should be equivalent to $6,000 worth of products.
6. DO YOU SEND SAMPLES?
- Yes, samples can be sent and are free only if the buyer pays for the freight charges.
7. WHAT IS THE PAYMENT METHOD?
- There are two payment methods to choose from. The first is the Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) wherein the buyer will send an initial 30% deposit for the production of the products and the balance of 70% against the Bill of Lading (B/L). The second payment method is Letter of Credit (L/C) wherein the buyer opens 100% confirmed L/C at Sight.
8. HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY OF THE SHIPMENT?
- The delivery of the goods is usually 30-45 days after the receipt of payment. We accept FOB Taiwan or CNF ASWP for mode of shipping.
